Michaelson’s Appliance Repair, Inc. has met the national requirements of the CSC program; an all-industry initiative backed by leading electronics industry associations and major product manufacturers.
Michaelson’s Appliance Repair, Inc. went through a voluntary rigorous application and review process and implemented the strict guidelines of excellence that the Consortium imposes. Michaelson’s Appliance Repair, Inc. has met all CSC requirements that ensure a higher code of conduct towards consumer confidence such as certified management and technicians, consumer protection programs, and quality assurance plans.

Professional Servicer Association

The PSA is an independent trade association dedicated to promote the highest standards of quality service in the appliance service industry. Their purpose is to be the voice of the independent service provider and to assess and identify industry related problems and provide solutions. They are dedicated to providing educational training, certification, business management training, support and fairness to the independent appliance service industry. The Professional Servicer Association encourages professionalism and honesty, and publicly identify those technicians and service companies who provide a level of service professionalism that meets the criteria established by the service industry, with industry approved certification credentials.

United Servicers Association

The USA's Mission and Purpose is to develop and provide services and programs intended to assist members in building strong businesses in North America's competitive environment. These services shall include but not limited to: Educational Programs, Government Lobbying, Manufacturer relations, Management, Marketing and Operational Programs, Peer Group Formation & Facilitation.

So we provide our members hands-on training, access to resource libraries, and a variety of business programs and personal benefits—all while bringing together a network of dedicated and knowledgeable servicers, business owners, and industry experts.

SkillsUSA

SkillsUSA is a national partnership of students, teachers and industry representatives working together to ensure America has a skilled workforce. Michaelson’s Appliance Repair is totally committed to SkillsUSA as it is a national membership organization serving middle-school, high-school and college/postsecondary students who are preparing for careers in trade, technical and skilled service occupations, including health occupations.
SkillsUSA offers local, state and national programs that allow students to develop and demonstrate personal, workplace and technical skills grounded in academics. These three components comprise the SkillsUSA Framework, which serves as a blueprint for career readiness. SkillsUSA’s Chapter Excellence Program honors student and chapter achievement around this framework. Local chapters conduct a program of work during the school year, and many students attend a district or state conference.
At the SkillsUSA Championships, more than 6,000 students compete in 100 occupational and leadership skill areas. Michaelson’s Appliance Repair, Inc. is annually involved with all stages of this competition as well as with the Florida schools that participate in the Major Appliance & Refrigeration Technology courses. These competitions establish industry standards for entry-level workers. SkillsUSA is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and cited as a successful model of an employer-driven youth development program by the U.S. Department of Labor.
